For Premier League home matches, Fox Members will be given first priority based on Home Priority Points accumulated. All sale dates are advertised on the Home Tickets page on lcfc.com/tickets with tickets available at the rate of one ticket per membership and are subject to availability.

Should any tickets remain available once all Fox Members have had the opportunity to purchase their tickets, the game will go on sale for Season Ticket Holders to purchase a guest ticket. Tickets will be available at the rate of one ticket per Season Ticket and are subject to availability.

Should any tickets remain available once Season Ticket Holders and Fox Members have had their opportunity to purchase tickets; the club will announce a Booking History criteria for a selection of games that the club will identify of which allows supporters who have a minimum of one home or away point to purchase tickets. Thereafter, should tickets remain; the club will make the decision to drop the fixture to General Sale.

Tickets can be purchased online at lcfc.com/tickets or by phoning the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) between the opening hours. Tickets cannot be purchased in person at the Foxes Fanstore. Please visit lcfc.com/openinghours

Fox Members
Fox Members will be given first priority based on Home Priority Points accumulated. All sale dates are advertised on the Home Tickets page on lcfc.com/tickets with tickets available at the rate of one ticket per membership and are subject to availability.

General Sale
Due to demand, we are unable to guarantee that tickets will reach General Sale. We strongly recommend supporters to purchase a Fox Membership to considerably increase their chances to attend fixtures.

Please note that cup tickets are not included in Season Tickets.

Season Ticket Holders
New for the 2022/23 Season, the only way to guarantee your own seat is by joining hte cup scheme. Supporter on the cup scheme will have their own seat processed automatically as long as they have joined the cup scheme. Season Ticket Holders will still be given a priority window in which they can purchase a seat for any cup-tie. This priority window will be available for a limited period of which is communicated through the Club’s official channels.

Once the deadline for purchasing your own seat has passed, all seats will be released for sale to Fox Members. If you do not wish to purchase your usual seat for the match, you will need to wait until tickets go on sale to Fox Members. All tickets are subject to availability.

In the event that the visiting club request a larger allocation for the match, any Season Ticket Holders required to relocate will be given their own dedicated priority window to purchase a ticket in alternative areas. This will be communicated through the Club’s official channels.

Should the Club decide to open part of the stadium, no seats will be placed on reserve however, Season Ticket Holders will have a priority window to purchase an alternative seat.

Fox Members
Once Season Ticket Holder sales period has passed, any remaining tickets will be made available to Fox Members to purchase. Tickets can be purchased at one ticket per membership, subject to availability.

To purchase tickets during the Fox Members sales period, please login to your account on lcfc.com or phone the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1).

General Sale
Tickets will be made available on General Sale at the clubs discretion should any remain beyond the Season Ticket Holders and Fox Members sales periods.

Upgrading a Season Ticket Seat
A Season Ticket held by an Under-18 in the Family Area may be used by an adult in the Family Area for up to a maximum aggregate of four (4) occasions only during the Season subject to any increase in price which may become due and payable by the Season Ticket Holder. Such upgrade request is required to be made directly to the Club by the Season Ticket Holder (or parent/guardian of the Season Ticket Holder) by telephone prior to the Match day or before the phone lines close on Match day. In the event that a Season Ticket held by an Under-18 in the Family Area is not used on a Match Day, then this non–use of the Season Ticket will count towards one of the four (4) occasions referred to above. This upgrade / non-attendance policy applies to the whole party i.e. for a party of three (3) adults and two (2) Under-18s, the two (2) Under-18s tickets can only be upgraded four (4) times collectively.

A concessionary Season Ticket may be upgraded for a Match during the Season for a maximum of four (4) times, subject to any increase in price which may become due and payable by the Season Ticket Holder. Such upgrade request is required to be made directly to the Club by telephone before the Match day or on Match day prior to the time when the telephone lines are closed.

Any person looking to upgrade an Over 18 Season Ticket must require permission from the Season Ticket Holder, such permission must be emailed to the club prior to the upgrade taking place. All upgrade permission requests must be sent to ticketsinfo@lcfc.co.uk of which includes the full name, supporter number of the season ticket holder and the name of the person who will be upgrading and using the ticket.

To upgrade tickets once the above has been actioned, please call the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1).

Upgrading a Match Ticket
Concessionary Tickets can be upgraded for a maximum of four times throughout the season, however tickets cannot be downgraded at any point.

Upgrading on matchday
Any upgrade requests on a matchday must be done prior to the phone lines closing.

Any person looking to upgrade an Over 18 Season Ticket must require permission from the Season Ticket Holder, such permission must be emailed to the club prior to the upgrade taking place. For upgrades when the telephone lines are closed, the Club may accept an upgrade on one occasion per Season at the Match day Ticket Office on the providence that consent has been given to the Club in writing prior to the ticket being upgraded. The Club will then keep hold of the Season Ticket card and post it back to the Season Ticket holder explaining the upgrade process.

If you are not in receipt of your tickets prior to the day before the fixture, please contact the Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (option 1) where a member of the team upon on confirmation of the booking will duplicate tickets to be placed in collection on matchday from the Matchday Ticket Collection Unit of which is located to the left of the Foxes Fanstore.

The purchaser will need to provide photo ID in order to collect the tickets.

Unfortunately away tickets cannot be upgraded or downgraded. Tickets can only be used by the named person that the ticket has been assigned to.

If you are not in receipt of your tickets prior to the day before the fixture, please contact the Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (option 1) where a member of the team upon confirmation of the booking will duplicate tickets to be placed in collection on match day from the away club.

The purchaser will need to provide photo ID in order to collect the tickets, these will be available on the day of the fixture from the away club.

Home tickets
For the time being we are only going to offer Mobile Tickets (NFC).

  • Mobile Ticket (NFC)

  • Mobile Tickets will be automatically sent to each owners email account seperately. A confirmation email will be sent to the lead purchaser. Please download your Mobile Ticket to your Apple Wallet / GooglePay Wallet in advance of the fixture.

    Tickets left for collection will have to be collect by the purchaser providing photo ID. Collection will only be on matchday from the Matchday Ticket Collection Unit of which is located to the left of the Foxes Fanstore.

    Please note that you will only be offered the option of collecting your tickets if your account has been created within the last 60 days. The purchaser will need to provide photo ID in order to collect the tickets.

    Away Tickets
    Leicester City receives the away tickets pre-printed by the host club. Therefore, the only options to receive your away tickets is via post.

    Any tickets left that are requested for duplication or collection will have to be collected by the purchaser providing photo ID at the host club.

    Please note mobile or pint at home tickets may be issued for away fixtures depending on the stipulations placed by the host club.

    Match tickets are non-refundable as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

    Should you require a refund, your request must be received in writing via an email or letter to the Sales Centre no later than two days prior to kick off of the match. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and any refunds will be solely at the Club’s discretion.

    In all cases, the Club’s decision is final. (No guarantees can be given by the Club that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Therefore, change of date and/or kick-off time is not considered to be an exceptional circumstance)

    Priority Points are used to determine the order of sale for Season Ticket holders, when applying for tickets to away fixtures and Fox Members when applying for tickets to home fixtures.

    Season Ticket holders will accrue one Away Priority Point for attending:

    • Away Premier League matches
    • Away first team cup matches

    Fox Members will accrue one Home Priority Point for attending:
    • Home Premier League fixtures
    • Home first team cup fixtures

    Fox Members will accrue one Away Priority Point for attending:
    • Away Premier League fixtures
    • Away first team cup fixtures

    One Priority Point will be allocated to the supporter number assigned to the ticket purchase. Please note that if you purchase more than one ticket using your supporter number, a maximum of one Priority Point will be allocated to your account per match.

    For Home Premier League fixtures tickets are released to groups of Fox Members based on their accumulated priority points (in order of highest to lowest)

    For Away Premier League fixtures tickets are released to groups of Season Ticket Holders based on their accumulated priority points (in order of highest to lowest)

    Specific time-slots will be available depending on your number of Priority Points.

    When purchasing within a group, all Season Ticket holders’/ Fox members must hold the required number of Priority Points in order to qualify for a ticket.

    All tickets are strictly subject to availability.

    Follow the steps below to view your Priority Points total:

    • Go to our website lcfc.com/tickets
    • 'Sign in' in the top right of the page
    • Click 'Sign in' in the top right of the page
    • Your name should appear in the top right of the page
    • Hover over this and select ‘Personal Details’
    • From here you will be able to view a total of home and away points

    If you are looking at seeing points per game you have purchased:
    • Go to our website lcfc.com/tickets
    • Click 'Sign in' in the top right of the page
    • Your name should appear in the top right of the page
    • Hover over this and select ‘Home Priority Points’ or ‘Away Priority Points’
    • This will give you a list of the games you have purchased and how many points were rewarded per fixture

    All children that enter the King Power Stadium will need a valid match ticket to comply with the health and safety regulations and to ensure we have record for every person attending fixtures. Please note that children under the age of 2 are not permitted to enter the stadium for any football matches.

    Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 when attending a Home Match, for their own safety and the safety of other supporters. Children aged 16 or 17 may attend matches on their own, however, they are not able to care for others.

    All Season Tickets for the 2022/23 Season are sold out. Please note that any Season Tickets that become available will be made available to those Fox Members that have applied during the applications window. These will then be made successful on the highest number of Home Priority Points a member shall have.

    If you lose your Season Card during the season you will be charged £10 for a replacement, should you lose it any time after that then you will be charged £30. If your season card has been stolen the club advises you contact the police and we will reprint a season ticket free of charge providing you have a valid crime reference number.

    You can get replacement season cards by calling our sales centre on 0344 815 5000 (option 1) when you are calling our sales team you will need to answer security questions. Please note only the named season ticket holder can request a replacement season ticket for their seat unless the season ticket holder is under the age of 18 or we have received written confirmation allowing someone else to do so.

    We advise season ticket holders to keep hold of their season cards as we do not replace them every season and will sometimes reactivate them for the following season.

    No guarantees can be given by the Club that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever. Changes will be announced on the Club’s social media channels. In the event of the postponement or abandonment of the Match (or if the Match has, for any reason, to be played out of view of the public), you will be entitled to receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent re-arranged Match via such application procedure as the Club stipulates from time to time.

    The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs. Home Match Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if you are unable to attend a fixture for any reason. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and any refunds will be solely at the Club’s discretion. In all cases, the Club’s decision is final. Where any Home Match Tickets are purchased from a seller (and not the Club) via the Club’s “Ticket Exchange”, the Club shall not be liable for any refunds of Home Match Tickets purchased under any circumstances whatsoever.

    For the 2021/22 season we can confirm Sky sports will show 128 Premier league matches, BT Sports will broadcast 52 live games and Amazon Prime will broadcast 20 live games, meaning a total of 200 Premier League matches will be move to new dates and kick off times during the season.
